Services
Digital Homes Media provides real estate photography and related media services. All services are subject to availability and may vary based on location, property size, and project scope.
Booking, Deposits & Cancellations
To secure an appoint, a deposit is required at the time of booking. The deposit amount will be applied toward the final invoice.

Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled appointment are fully refundable.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment are non-refundable, as time and availability have been reserved.

Failure to provide property access or readiness at the scheduled time may be treated as a late cancellation.
This policy helps ensure reliable scheduling and availability for all clients.
Payments & Late Payment Policy
The remaining balance is due upon delivery of the completed media unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Final media may be withheld until full payment is received.

Payments not received within the agreed timeframe may result in delayed delivery.

Continued non-payment may result in revoked usage rights until the balance is settled.
Digital Home Media reserves the right to pursue payment for services rendered.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand things happen. Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made as early as possible. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a fee, depending on the circumstances.
Media Usage & Licensing
Unless otherwise stated in writing:

All photos and media are licensed for marketing and promotional use related to the property listing.

Media may not be sold, transferred, or reused for unrelated commercial purposes without written permission.

Digital Homes Media retains the right to use media for portfolio, website, and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for ensuring properties are ready at the scheduled time. Digital Homes Media is not responsible for delays or limitations caused by property access issues, weather conditions, or unprepared spaces.
Website Use
All content on this website, including images, text, and branding, is the property of Digital Homes Media and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.
Limitation of Liability
Digital Homes Media is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service provided.
