Cancellation Policy

Booking, Deposits & Cancellations To secure an appoint, a deposit is required at the time of booking. The deposit amount will be applied toward the final invoice. Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled appointment are fully refundable. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment are non-refundable, as time and availability have been reserved. Failure to provide property access or readiness at the scheduled time may be treated as a late cancellation. This policy helps ensure reliable scheduling and availability for all clients. Payments & Late Payment Policy The remaining balance is due upon delivery of the completed media unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Final media may be withheld until full payment is received. Payments not received within the agreed timeframe may result in delayed delivery. Continued non-payment may result in revoked usage rights until the balance is settled. Digital Home Media reserves the right to pursue payment for services rendered. Cancellations & Rescheduling We understand things happen. Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made as early as possible. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a fee, depending on the circumstances.
